We have known Cindy for years. She and my husband Chris worked together at Mellon
Bank before she became an agent for Northwood Realty. We always knew we would hire Cindy long before we decided to buy our house. Right from the start, she always kept in close contact with us and sent us

Well, the time finally came. Cindy came to our home on a Sunday in January of this year and spent hours with us discussing our buying and selling options. Even though we only had a townhouse to sell, (certainly not a high commission deal), she was always very diligent and worked very hard to sell that house. She had color flyers printed, a sign, and internet listings almost immediately. We showed our house no less that 2-3 times a day for 3 weeks before 2 offers came in on the same day! We sold our townhouse for the ASKING price! I might add that the selling
price was significantly higher than what I paid 5 years early so we actually made a profit.
When it came to finding our dream home, Cindy knew this would not be an easy task. My husband and I are both picky people, and we
had very specific things we were looking for. Unbelievably, we
found our home in only 3 weeks! Cindy gave us 30-40 listings,
helped us weed out the ones that would not work for us and showed us
about 10 homes. We went back 3 times to the home we fell in love
with an on the day of the 3rd time, she came back to our house at 10:00
p.m. to write up our offer. In only 2 1/2 months, we sold, bought,
and moved in . . . with little or no problems, I might add.
The best thing about working with Cindy is her dedication to her clients. She was always there
for us and she took care of every detail, no matter how small. Plus she
